Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium garden swings and play towers — single, double, glider, baby and nest swing frames, play towers with slides and climbing walls, play villages and a premium play fort — with the swing seats, connector hooks, ground anchors and spares to fit and maintain them. The adult assembly, ground anchoring and safe-surface needs are stated on each listing.

Assembly, anchoring & safe surfacing

Swings and play towers are for domestic garden use by children under adult supervision. They must be assembled fully by an adult to the instructions, every bolt fitted and tightened, and anchored into the ground as specified — a frame that is not anchored can tip over when children swing. Install on level ground over an impact-absorbing surface (bark, rubber tiles or grass mat) with the stated free fall-zone clearance front and back of a swing and around a slide and tower, away from walls, fences and hard surfaces. Keep to the stated age range and maximum user weight, supervise children, and check the fixings, ropes, chains and timber regularly for wear, rot and loosening and before each season. This is home garden play equipment, not public-playground-rated unless a listing says so. CE marked where applicable.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law
